McLEANS - TMCS
Historically created in the 80s following a request from four International Group P&I Clubs to Alan Mclean, TMCS is now the correspondent of a number of IG Clubs (UK, Steamship Mutual, Standard, Britannia, London) as well as other P&I and some Hull & Machinery Insurers.
TMCS, which is based in Tunis, is managed by Capt Samir Miladi who graduated from the Merchant Marine and from the World Maritime University (MSc in Maritime Safety), teacher at the Tunisian Maritime Institute and who has the benefit of a long experience (20 years) in the Tunisian maritime affairs.
He is also working with a lawyer and he is supervising a marine surveyors’ team able to act all Tunisian ports: Bizert, Rades, Sfax, Sousse and Gabes.
The work is done in close collaboration and under supervision with Philippe Garo from McLEANS (Marseille).
